ITL Defence and Security is a public company whose shares are traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

The company consists of the following subsidiaries:

• NA-OR – An Israel-based developer of enhanced integrated systems for target acquisition, tactical intelligence gathering, navigation and orientation (situational awareness), targeting the advanced infantry warfighter program.
• ARCNET – An Israel-based developer of man-portable/mobile Command and Control Systems for military, emergency response, natural disaster relief & aid, homeland security, border surveillance, security, and anti-terror applications.
• LDS – An Israel-based developer of detection products and systems for military, para-military and commercial applications.
• Fraser-Volpe-LLC – A US-based producer of innovative, stabilized day/night optical systems, responsible also for ITL Inc.- a US-based (Shreveport, Louisiana) producer and provider of maintenance services for ITL products..
• ALPHA-ITL – An India-based producer and provider of maintenance services for electro-optical systems.
• ITL Romania– A Romania-based company involved in the implementation of security and C2 programs for land-based forces and the future soldier.
