ITL Optronics (ITL) reported having completed the cas purchase of control in the US-based Fraser Volpe company, which operates in the electro-optics field, for for US 5.5 $M. In addition, ITL will grant the company an owners’ loan for US 1 $M. In 2006, the purchased company recoded revenues scaled to US 8 $M and a net income after tax of US 235 $M, as compared with revenues of US 6.8 $M and loss of US 500 $K in 2005. In exchange for its investment, ITL received 45% of the company’s share capital holding, and 72.6% of its profits.
